This subcommittee was established to guide the resolution of Environment Court appeals on the Region-wide Water Quantity Proposed Plan Change 9.
Following the resolutions passed by this subcommittee on 5 February 2020, Regional Council’s Strategy and Policy Committee decided at its meeting on 18 February 2020 to withdraw Plan Change 9. See further information in the Strategy and Policy Committee agenda report and minutes.
Reports and associated documents reported to the Subcommittee, for the majority, are held in Public Excluded until such time as appeals are concluded.
