The Mayoral Forum meeting that was scheduled to meet on Thursday 31 October being held at Rotorua Lakes Council, 1061 Haupapa Street, Rotorua at 1.00pm has been cancelled.
All meetings of Council and its committees are open to the public except where the provisions of Section 48 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 apply.
