The Bay of Plenty Regional Navigation Safety Bylaws Committee deliberations on the Draft Regional Navigation Safety Bylaws scheduled for Monday 29 July at 9.30am will now commence at 11.30am and Tuesday 30 July at 9.30am in Council Chambers, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga. These deliberations will be public excluded.
All meetings of Council and its committees are open to the public except where the provisions of Section 48 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 apply.
